Corrections

Golcuk Naval Shipyard no longer builds surface ships, only repairs, overhauls and upgrades.However, they do build submarines. Surface ships (not all) are built at the Pendik Naval Shipyard.

The total number of hulls is 4, with 3 options. The budget for 4 hulls is over $4 billion, $1 billion each.
